About the Program

Read to Succeed is a FREE supplemental language arts program presented by Six Flags theme parks and Weekly Reader to promote recreational reading among students in grades K through 6.

The program includes engaging lesson plans, and it features the Six Flags Six Hour Reading Club. Students in grades K through 6 who complete six hours of recreational reading as part of the Reading Club will be rewarded with free tickets valid at participating Six Flags theme parks. Each teacher who submits a list of students who meet the six hour reading goal and the school's Reading Club coordinator will also each receive a free ticket. (One ticket per person.)

Only students in grades K through 6 are eligible to participate.
